  1. You need 2 cup of Flour.
  2. It’s 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  3. It’s 3 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  4. You need 2 of Eggs, separated.
  5. It’s 1 1/2 cup of Milk.
  6. It’s 1 cup of Melted butter.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  8. It’s 1/4 tsp of Salt.
  9. You need 2 tsp of Cinnamon.

Belgian-style Waffle instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
  2. Separate the eggs, adding the yolk to the dry mix and whites to a small mixing bowl.
  3. Beat egg whites until moderately stiff and set aside.
  4. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla to dry mixture, mix together well or blend.
  5. Fold stiff egg whites into mixture, cut, fold and turn.
  6. Ladle onto waffle maker and bake.
