  1. Prepare 4-8 of flour tortillas.
  2. It’s of Filling.
  3. It’s 1 of yellow paprika, sliced.
  4. You need 1 of red paprika, sliced.
  5. You need 300 g of black or brown beans.
  6. You need 3 of regular or red onions, rings.
  7. It’s of Marinade.
  8. Prepare 2 of tablesp olive oil.
  9. Prepare 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
  10. You need 2 of teasp powdered cumin.
  11. You need 2 of teasp powdered coriander.
  12. You need 2 of teasp powdered smoked paprika.
  13. It’s 1 of teasp chili powder.
  14. It’s to taste of chili flakes.
  15. It’s of juice of 1 lime.

Easy Veggie Fajitas instructions

  1. Chop ingredients for the filling, and add to a large bowl.
  2. Chop garlic and add to a second bowl. mix with the other marinade ingredients.
  3. Add marinade to the bowl of filling, and toss together until filling is coated.
  4. Get a large wok, turn the heat/flames up to max, add the filling, and cook on very high heat for 5-10 minutes, or until paprika is lightly burnt.
  5. Heat tortillas and serve them on plates, add filling directly from pan while still sizzling for show.
