  1. It’s of Corn tortila.
  2. It’s of Over easy eggs.
  3. Prepare of Shredded cheese (any kind you like).
  4. You need of Tomatoes, diced.
  5. It’s of Sour cream.
  6. It’s of Garlic, minced.
  7. You need of Onion, chopped.
  8. Prepare of Ground beef.
  9. Prepare of Taco seasoning (see recipe).
  10. You need of Tomato paste.
  11. Prepare of Water.

Breakfast Taco step by step

  1. Saute the garlic and onion until the onion looks wilted..
  2. Add the ground beef, taco seasoning and salt. Stir until the beef cooked..
  3. Add tomato paste and water. Stir until the water evaporated..
  4. Drizzle the lime juice. Stir then taste. Add more seasoning if needed..
  5. Turn the heat off and set aside..
  6. Toast the tortilla (both side) on a pan..
  7. Move to a serving plate. Add the beef and egg. Top with cheese, tomato and sour cream. Enjoy..
